Shiatsu gives a deeply relaxing and revitalising treatment. Shiatsu can treat a very wide variety of conditions, but it is best known for its application in treating muscular tension and stiffness, and alleviating the effects of stress.

Shiatsu also has a particular ability to enhance and maintain health and wellness, and treatments can be taken at regular intervals as part of an ongoing health and wellness programme.

Treatment is made on a comfortable low treatment couch or futon and the receiver remains clothed throughout.

Standard session 45 minutes.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing for your session.

As an adjunct I use acupuncture needling to complement the Shiatsu treatment. This combination is particularly suitable for dealing with acute or chronic conditions such as Migraines, Insomnia, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) and Tennis Elbow.

45 minute session: £45

Corporate services:

On-Site Massage

On site Massage is a short treatment form that offers many of the stress-reducing benefits of a full shiatsu. It is given in specially designed massage chair that allows full access to the back, shoulders, arms, neck and head. In the 30 minute session I incorporate the ultra relaxing techniques of Indian Head Massage.

On-Site Massage is the ideal workplace treatment as it can be given so rapidly. The standard “on-site” treatment time is a ten minute session, during which the majority of muscular tension in the back, neck and shoulders can be lifted. Corporate clients can offer this treatment to their staff to keep them relaxed, revitalised and healthy. It is a great boost for morale.
